1. Record Analysis :
This section allows you to analyse records (like Sales Invoices) for a specific company within a selected date range, along with the list of products included in those records.
- Company Name: Select the company you want to analyse (e.g., Anu Solar Pvt Ltd.).
- Records: Choose the type of record, such as Sales Invoice (SI).
- Start Date / End Date: Define the time period for the analysis (e.g., from 1st July 2025 to 31st July 2025).
- With Products: This option includes detailed product-wise information for each record—helping you see what products were sold, in what quantity, and at what value.
This view is useful for detailed reporting and understanding which products contributed to sales during the selected period.
1. Business Process Analysis:
This section helps you generate reports and analyze tasks performed under a specific Business Process (e.g., *Customer Enquiry: Solar*) within a chosen time frame.
Here's how each field works:
- Business Process List: Select the process you want to analyze, like *Customer Enquiry: Solar*.
- Select View: Option to choose how the data is displayed (e.g., summary or detailed).
- Task Date: Filter tasks by a specific date range.
- From Date and To Date: Set the start and end date for the report (e.g., 01/01/2022 to 07/07/2025).
- Select Report Format: Choose the type of report, such as Tasks Data, to see detailed information about each task performed during that period.
- Print: Click the Print icon to generate a printable version of the report.
1. User Login Info
This section displays the login history of users within a specified date range—helpful for tracking system access and ensuring security.
- From Date / To Date: Set the time period you want to review login activity for (e.g., 7th July 2025).
- User Name: Shows the username that logged in (e.g., customer01).
- Login Time: Displays the exact time of login.
- IP Address: Identifies the network location from which the user accessed the system.
- Browser Info: Shows the browser and device details used during login (e.g., Chrome on Windows or Mac).
- Status: Indicates whether the login was successful or failed.
